Does your organization really have what it takes to deliver its goals?
Synergia™ shows how a specific business goal is perceived by the people responsible for delivering it and by other key stakeholders. It structures strategic dialogue and helps assess whether delegation, commitment and available resources provide a realistic basis for successful execution.

A goal written into a strategy is not yet a goal ready for execution.
A business goal may look convincing in a management presentation and still be at risk in everyday execution because of differences in how its importance is perceived, limited confidence in its feasibility, insufficient resources, unclear accountability or competing goals.
Goal delivery forecast
The Synergia™ forecast indicates whether the way a goal has been delegated and the commitment of the people critical to its execution provide sufficient grounds to expect that the goal will be achieved.
One goal. Four perspectives.
According to the official Synergia™ report, the goal assessment analyses stakeholder perception across four distinct roles:
Delegator
The person who delegates responsibility for delivering the goal.
Accountable Owner
The person directly accountable for delivering the goal.
Team
People who belong to the team or participate in the context of delivering the goal.
Beneficiary
People whose work is affected by the outcomes of the goal.
Goals do not exist in isolation.
Synergia™ assesses the goal across key operational execution dimensions and its relationship to other goals:
Goal sequence
Analysis of goals that must be completed first, as well as goals that become possible as a result of achieving the goal being assessed.
Competing goals
Identification of mutually competing goals: the more successfully one goal is pursued, the more difficult it may become to achieve another.
