**On Friday, September 3, the Competence Navigator certification took place - 17 people have joined the group of certified Advisio Partners!
The certification was held as part of the CORE, development course delivered by InnerMastering Institute. Thanks to the CompetenceNavigator we can verify, for example, the competence level of employees in the most effective way for businesses.
A lot of emphasis during the certification was put not only on getting to know the tool itself, but also on preparing the consultant to give valuable feedback to the tested person.
Participants learned how to look at the survey results in a systemic way and how to read the likely strategies for realizing #value from different drives from #Graves' spiral dynamics based on the comments.
