The Euro-Net company has been using the iP121 psychometric tool for internal employee selection since 2017.

The Insightful Profiler tool, helps the Euro-net company to determine the predispositions (potential) of employees, including in categories such as factors (de)motivating to work, predispositions to develop key professional competencies, internal constraints for successful professional development, distinguishing characteristics compared to other people and roles in the team.

Thanks to the system's implementation of a report dedicated to a given organization and the possibility of generating a ranking list of candidates, an HR manager can quickly find those people who best suit the needs of the organization.
