Jabil Poland has been using the iP121 psychometric tool for internal employee selection since 2016.

Jabil Poland uses this tool primarily to test the aptitude of managers. Since becoming certified to use the Insightful Profiler™ (iP121) independently in 2014, we have already conducted over 230 selections using the tool.

The Insightful Profiler™ (iP121) tool helps to identify the predispositions (potential) of managers, including in categories such as (de)motivating factors for work, aptitudes for developing key professional competencies, internal constraints for successful career development, differentiating characteristics from others, and team roles.
